The flooding was real! Damaged homes are coastal, luxury Gulf Access areas previously unattainable to purchase for the average American. Are you ready to take advantage of the investment opportunity brought by Hurricane Ian? So many SW Floridians are not able to remediate their homes and need to walk away. Many are sold as tear downs, for land value, giving the buyers an opportunity to build a brand new home in some of the best Gulf Coast areas. Other homes can be and should remediated to be used as an investment property, seasonal rental or to live in. The buyers with working capital and a good contractor will be the winners here. The community wins big as damaged homes are improved, occupied, rented or sold. The deals are certain and won’t last forever! There are several lending programs servicing the home remediation customers too.
